How to Use :
The Ritual of Ayurveda & Face Yoga:

- Fill your mouth with air and apply the Face Wash on wet face with your index fingers
- Massage in lateral strokes from mouth to cheekbones, nose to ears, and forehead to temples
- Use upward strokes to massage from jawline to cheekbones and eyebrows to hairline
- Massage from ears to neck and behind earlobes to neck again. Rinse it off and pat dry

How to Use :

- Apply the Moisturizer all over your cleansed face and close your eyes

- Take deep breaths and let the Moisturizer get absorbed
